Austin J. Nowakowski, Esq.

MANAGING PARTNER

As the founder of Nowakowski Legal PLLC, and as the managing member, Austin has dedicated himself to insuring that our office provides expert and timely advice to all of its clients.  His purpose in opening Nowakowski Legal PLLC was to take his extensive legal experience and focus it in helping his clients to build and/or preserve their family wealth.


Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Austin graduated St. Thomas University School of Law in 2008 in the top 5% of his class.  His honors included multiple deans list awards, law review, and graduating Magna Cum Laude.


Once graduated from law school, Austin worked for several law firms as a litigation associate in the areas of real estate, foreclosure and personal injury.  As an associate of Ferrer Shane PL, Austin litigated over approximately three hundred cases and was appointed to the position of managing associate; as a litigation associate of McCalla Raymer LLC, Austin continued to hone his skills both in and out of the courtroom as one of the leading associates in the Orlando branch.


In Illinois, Austin worked for several prominent corporations as in-house counsel. While there, he gained extensive knowledge and insight as to the inner workings of varying types of businesses.  Just a few of the legal aspects he handled for these companies included entity creation, contract law, mergers/acquisitions, equine law, real estate purchases, business transaction, regulatory compliance law, and all manner of business related matters. Additionally, working directly with several very successful entrepreneurs, Austin also was began to provide assistance in regard to the development of will and trusts for the purposes of preserving their accumulated wealth.


In 2015, Austin moved to Seattle, Washington to form Nowakowski Legal PLLC.  The majority of Austin’s practice is now focused on estate planning, probate, business law, and probate litigation.  Austin has placed an emphasis of his practice in to estate and probate litigation, or TEDRA law, since his moving to Washington.  It is his goal to become the best TEDRA attorney in Washington by the time he retires.
